Opt In/Out of War Updates

One of two solutions would fix the issues I have:
Option 1: Let the clan leader modify the in/out status of people in the clan.
Option 2: If a player hasn't logged in for ~5 days auto set their "war status" to "out".

The Issue: I have some members in my clan that I think have went on vacation, or taking a break, or something but forgot to set their "war status" to out before they left. There is lots of room in the clan (we usually do 15v15 wars and only have about 25 in the clan). So I don't feel the need to boot them out just yet, but, I would like to have their status set to "out" for war so it is easier choosing people for war. Or some other solution would be fine (aka people without a league (gold/crystal/champion/etc) for more than 2 days will automatically have their status set to 'out' etc).
