Pilgrimage setting

I am a clan leader. I wish there was a Pilgrimage setting for those clan members that are away at school or can't be active for whatever reason.

As as leader you could put them on (pilgrimage) and while they could clan chat, they could not be active. NO DONATION, NO WAR. They would be safe from kick, and with still being able to chat when they get back and post in clan chat I can return them to active duty. Right now my only option is to promo them to Co-lead and that isn't fair for the other active people trying to get to Co-leader status by participating and donating.

I'm missing something. You said you need to keep them "safe from kick" and that promoting "them to Co-lead" is your only option. Are you saying that you're a clan leader and you can't prevent a coleader from kicking your friends? That's messed up. Fix that problem and you won't need this new feature.

Do you need an info bar showing where your builders are working on? Do you need to see the total time of your troops cooking? Do you need to have a tag saying your storage is full, just because you can't read it off from the top right corner of your screen?

If you're in a big clan and you can't play for one or two days, you risk being kicked.

I think you misunderstood OP. He wasn't proposing that you get an option to mark your account as on a "pilgrimmage" but for the clan leader. I still stand by my assertion that if a clan leader is unable to control whether his members kick anyone they want, the leader has bigger problems than marking players as off-limits. There is clan chat, clan mail, member ranks, and millions of ways to communicate with members and coleaders for this to be a problem.

Then you're entirely right, this suggestion doesn't make any sense.

Still, being able to mark it as a member would be a nice feature.

Yup with sharky on this one, it sounds like your clan has a few issues that need sorting, not quite understanding why you feel you need to has this setting.
