When it comes to clan-management, members aren't allowed to accept join requests.
Therefore, allowing them to see them doesn't make much sense.
My suggestion is to have a feature toggling between "advanced clan chat" and "regular clan chat".

Why censor regular clan activity from members? In a clan that only gives promotions if you're actually doing work we have a lot of members. It's not they can accept them so whats the point in removing them? Maybe they want to look at the persons base as well. What if its their friend that is joining? I don't think this is useful enough to be put into the game. If anything it would be a bad idea.
If someone were to request and someone who can accept it isn't online, wouldn't you want your members to be able to give you a heads up? I know if I were on an alternate account, I'd want to see the requests.
eh, I'm not convinced. With every software change comes a downside. Even the simplest change needs coding, testing, Q&A, documenting, approval through app stores, then there's risk of subsequent bugs and software bloat. Since it's only a bit annoying and there are other issues that need to be addressed and are getting addressed, I can't see this being implemented.
Not letting members see requests to join has other downsides as well. Such as if a member wants their main or a friend to join, they couldnt count the active requests to join to see if there is already 5. So they would have a wild guess as to if they should leave their current clan and then try to join that clan.
