A possible game changer for SC as well as th9+
The ratio of percent of troops available to the percent of troops used decreases gradually while upgrading from th1 to th11, that said the ratio sees a nearly exponential fall for th9 and above. This results in stereotypical mass troop attacks which effectively kills the variability of the game.
Of course u can add new troops to the game n the grind to upgrade new troops will be ever lasting but how long can SC bring out new troops and further sustain player interest to make them upgrade the new troops.
Now a possible solution to this problem may be fusion of two different troops which can be available at only th9 n above. Its pretty obvious that a new troop will be formed but a player will not have to spend weeks upgrading it to a respectable attacking form n also no need to collect hordes of resources for it.
SC on the other hand can make just a few visual and stat changes and ta-da u have a brand new troop without much a do. To limit production of OP troops SC can implement a certain troop space limiter on the fusing troops.
E.g the fusing troops total troop space capacity cannot exceed 24, thus preventing formation of insanely OP troops from dragons, pekka, golems etc...
