War base donate

How about a clan hub were you can donate troops for war into the hub as players are on different times around the world and cannot get cc troops for war ect- were as if you have a hub clan mates can donate troops into the hub for players in war to take out before they do there attacks, this could also work with a clan hub players can donate troops and if no one is on to give cc troops players can go in the hub and take cc troops out of there.
