Looking for partners to start a new clan with
I'm a TH8 looking to start a new clan for which I need partners who can help me start it with a clear, coherent vision which they'll help me define. I have been part of 2 or 3 different clans, spending over a year in my last clan which I helped to grow into a level 8 with more than 40 members. When I joined, the clan was already an established one but after many of its leaders left I helped in keeping the clan intact and was on the path to becoming a leader. Unfortunately, I did not like the direction the clan was going in. The leaders were afraid to try new ideas or listen to different opinions, nor did they value loyalty. Which is why I am starting my own clan in the hopes that I'll have a more rewarding experience.
My vision for the clan is being part of a community where all opinions are heard, regardless of age or experience and all members are valued equally with plenty of room to grow instead of just false promises of promotions. Its going to be difficult, I know but not if I find people with a similar vision who're willing to create something and watch it grow. I'm looking for people who're preferably adults and have had at least some experience warring for another clan (no particular town hall or level requirement). I need people who can be team players and have the patience to help grow a new clan from scratch. We'll be using Band for constant coming
