Red arrow: Buildings which you can upgrade with the current townhall level.
Blue arrows: Buildings which you can upgrade with the current townhall level and also have the resources for that upgrade.

Would be nice to have, you can instantly see how close you are to maxing.
This would be kind of useless and it would seem very useless. Boom Beach has this feature because many building levels require different types of resources to upgrade(example: a machine gun to level 15 requires wood, stone, and iron) But in clash, building/hero can be upgraded with only 1 resource, no more.
I can only imagine how annoying it would be to have my base cluttered with arrows.....no thanks.
All my walls are low level, and my gold storage is overflowing with gold. I don't want to blindly tap my way through the arrows when my builders are done with my teslas.
With the new update, this will no longer be needed. You'll be able to tap on your builder to see suggested upgrades.
