The problem is, the game will no longer be about skill, rather who is the biggest loser who can sit on the game non-stop to perfect their attacks the best. So yea, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ed.

Obviously ZBlanden plans on sandboxing during war.
It's going to get abused... BY PLAYERS HAVING THE TIME OF THEIR LIVES!
How can it get abused? Can attack clanmates only sooo
May i suggest a small adjustment, If the player is in war then they can't have a friendly battle... but then again another player with the same th and troops could then shadow an attack.
Be back later gotta think this through.
Oh all these complainers...
Good job SC. This is a long wanted feature. It will really make the chat come alive again outside the war days.
I especially look forward to one thing that me and my clan mates have wanted for so long: To copy an enemy base after the war has ended that we failed with like five attacks to three star, and be able to try new strategies in order to learn and improve. Doing multiplayer attacks to practice war skills is pretty useless, its not the same thing.
You have to get someone else to copy the enemy's base that you want to practice on. That person would have to have the exact same level of defenses and walls to make it worthwhile. It will be useless during prep day as you will see an increase in the number of decoy bases. We don't know if there is time limit between challenges.
No one wants to wait to see how it will actually works before they decide if they like it or not but that really is the best idea...
As a general comment, those who think modding requires no skill, please stop. I was part of a modding clan for awhile, and three starring well designed bases takes a lot of time, careful planning, and trial and error; for anyone who thinks modding eliminates skill, you're definitely wrong. Modding is not about spamming troops and ensuring a two star, its about carefully planning and finding a way to three star with a crazy army and precision placement. Strategy is everything; modding is anything but an 'automatic' three star.
The only way this doesn't get abused is to disable it during wars or have a lengthy cool down period - even 8 hours might be enough. That would at least somewhat limit copying base layouts and practicing repeatedly. Even 8 hours would leave, at most, 5 practice attacks per player during the entire war - doubtful that many clans could actually get organized enough to copy bases and get enough practice on each base to make a huge difference.
I am actually very excited that everyone can enjoy this feature now; wars will be more even and much more fun!!!
