Takes two giant bombs at the same time or in a row. Nothing wrong with this tbh, when hogs first came out they were so op it wasn't funny and this took them back a bit
I don't know what level you are but at th 8 I have lost ALL of my level four hogs on ONE max bomb. I have the replay's to prove it. They have been dialed back way too much. Coc. Level the playing field for us 8s.
Your hogs have been killed by a mixture of giant bomb and a wizard tower.
I agree. more going on than a single bomb. Look at the math behind the damage a single bomb can do at various levels.. compared to the HP tha a hog has... if yuor hogs are already hurt from other things -then yes a bomb kills them... learn to path better.
No, when hogs came out, they were by far the worst troop in the game. They would literally target anything and you couldnt really control them at all. But the next update they targeted defenses and were too op. So then giant bombs did 2x damage to hogs. That percentage is now 1.5xQuote:

Level 4 hogs have 415 Hitpoints. The giant bomb takes 337.5 HP. Add two level 6 mortar hits, or two level 6 wizard tower hits, or one of each, and the hogs are dead. Put the mortar at the edge of its range so that it doesn't miss.
And that's assuming the canons and archer towers were shooting at giants.
A bet you were ignoring damage taken from these other defences.
I agree, just used hog riders on my last raid, and all of the, got destroyed by a bomb. Dont remember if it was one or two, pretty sure it was only one. Nonetheless, all of my hog riders got owned in just 10 seconds of the raid
If all your hogs are dying at the same time, then you need a better attack strategy. They shouldn't get all bunched up like that.
Also, well placed heal spells will save your hogs
