Town and beachhouses

There is a lot of complaining about the lack of any challenges after level 80. It would be nice I think if we are able to build some houses in our town or some small beachhouses and sell or rent them afterwards. Not the complete prefab buildings like we have now but start from the ground up. So you have to purchase the ground like we do now and then collect the building materials which will extend as your level goes up. You can choose a variety of houses which will be more expensive and take langer to build but brings in more coins after you finish them.
or you can build a type of house from say level 81 to 83 and a new, bigger or more luxureus one, from level 85 to 88. After that even a villa from level 90. Some materials will cost coins, some vouchers and ok, as this is Hay Day, some even diamonds.
Possibilities are endless so let me know what you think of this and, more important, bring in your own ideas.

I'm not fussed on the idea of building 'normal' houses (too much of my own renovation I should be doing I think!!) but I would love the option of building some little beach huts, the lovely little colourful English ones, and being able to buy stuff to put inside them. Then we could hire them out for daily use - a diamond a day would be great :)

These are actually really good ideas! Huts will probably be smaller, so might be better than a beach house. It won't take much space. But I like both ideas, anyway. More land might be needed, tho. ☺

I don't think we'd need more land for beach huts, they only need to be half the size of the beach cafe and up to 6 would be plenty I think so there'd be room on the beach...if it's not too difficult they could expand each end of the beach a tiny bit - really just make what you can see useable.
