Building suggestion: X-Mas Tree Maker

I might be too straight to the point but eh:
I see two plus-points:
1. It spawns more ordinary decorations, (if you remove them they sometimes give gems) so its only to get more gems.
2. It spawns seasonal objects, from which I think it'd be more helpful if you could buy them in the shop and place them yourself.

In fact, 1 is wrong. When this building is creating an obstacle, the normal spawn timer pauses.

Then lvl 1 is useless, since you spawn more ordinary obstacle if you don't use this spawner.

The main use of level 1 obstacle maker is, for example, to quickly spawn large amounts of a fixed obstacle type (for example, the small tree) to decorate the outer edge, instead of having to wait by chance.

It's reasonable to make this "cost" a few gems.
