Forum suggestion

A new idea for forum navigation. If this is already possible please advise on how to access.
We have our own username. Please can there be a place where we can view our own threads that we have posted or view threads we have previously commented on.
Currently I'm having to scroll and scroll and scroll to find the ideas I'm interested in to see others comments. And it's off putting when you haven't been on in a while and you have to sift through pages and pages of threads.
Please help

You can do this by going to My Profile in the upper right and looking at your activity.
