Crossword Crew- Adult Casual Clan looking for members

Who we are: Crossword Crew is an adult friends and family clan. We have seen a decline in activity ever since the December update and are looking for some fresh blood to reinvigorate the clan. We are working professionals who mostly play on nights and weekends. We don't take ourselves too seriously and use Clash mostly as a hangout while farming. We war about once a week with a prep day starting Friday mornings. While we are not really concerned with war records, I would like to increase our chances at winning by bringing in players interested in teaching and learning 3 star strategies. We only have 11 members, 6 fairly active, 3 somewhat active, and 2 who are on extended leave. Know that you would become a core member of the Clan and we would eventually be relying on you to help the Clan grow beyond the limited scope of this group of friends. War: To be perfectly frank, we are terrible at wars. This would be a good clan if you are casually into the competition of wars but don't put a lot of stock in win/ loss records. That being said I'd like to improve our war roster. Atm we have a bunch of dead bases holding spots so a few of us can still practice war attacks. I will welcome those who are learning better war strategies (we are too!) and those willing to help me teach the clan how to maximize attacks.
I want to keep wars in the TH 7-9 range, although I will consider people below TH 7. If you are TH 10, or are planning on going to 10 soon, you will probably be kept out of wars. I would like us to master small TH 9 wars before adding the complexities of TH 10's.
I try to start wars Friday mornings between 5-8 EST. We all live on the East Coast, so please consider the times you are active and how they correspond to when we are active. We war once a week to give people a chance to upgrade heroes in between. If I still haven't scared you away, please apply below!
