NEED help rebuild a Lvl10 war clan. Had to get rid of 10 members

WE need help to rebuild a lvl10 war clan . We had to get rid of players were just simply not learning quick enough to be able to 3 stars their similar bases as them . Its not good enough in a war clan.

So if u think u can give it a shot? Y not? Come and have a crack? We are filtering solid players only. So loosing wil be not in our dictionary. Specially unwanted losses doesnt happen.
