Hypnotizing Spell!

I have an idea where you can get a Hypnotizing Spell so when you drop it its mainly for Clan Castle troops, when you drop it on them they turn on your side for 5 seconds, lvl 2 is 10 seconds and lvl 3, 15 seconds! If you put it on defensive structures they get hypnotized for 3 seconds, lvl 2 6 seconds, lvl 3 10 seconds. This does not count the hidden tesla or traps. You can get this spell at Town Hall lvl 9. With that said theres no further information I need to give off besides that its purple.

This seems a little bit too op, its the wrong subforum, and it should be unlocked at th10.
