1. maxed out bases
2.Need war experience
Thats it,all else is bullsht,most of all this :"Works hard on their base (no very rushed bases)" which should be "get kicked without warning or reason if you have not maxed ur base in less that 24 hrs"

Evilgiz first you are badly rushed and didn't accept you into the clan, you used my Co's name too get in and then proceeded to request max troops constantly in middle of a war that should have been used for attacks. Secondly 7 war stars at TH 9 is not enough experience for a war clan and would only cause problems with established members. I am very lenient as a leader, however the majority come first and won't risk instability. We are not a farming clan and require a certain amount of experience.
