New building - Altar of heroes

I would suggest a new building, being introduced at town hall 7: The altar of heroes!

This building, kind of like the research center, would be used to upgrade heroes!

- Upgrade time could stay the same or be longer.
- One update at a time?
- No builder required.
- Anything I honestly don't care!

The most important thing would simply be that it permits to use heroes to attack, defend, war when they upgrade!
With good reasons, SC wants to promote good attacking, good defending and wars... But for that we need our heroes! It would up te global participation in wars from higher levels players too.

what you clashers think?

As far as I can tell it isn't ruled out, I suspect that they would increase research time since they are still usable while upgrading. I wonder if it would be better and more feasible if they were only upgrade able in the altar after level 10, so make it available at th8. That way you're still sort of sacrificing a little time using them, but the most intense clam war participants will be able to use it because most already have their heroes above 10. Ultimately I think it's a good idea!

Thank you! We need them more than ever before for attacking/defending on a day to day basis. And a war participant like me hates to be inactive for upgrading a simple hero :(

Why can't just let them usable while upgrading?

Because SC already stated that they have some "technical problems" with using our heroes in upgrade, and I think it is because it is considered a "building" because it is upgrades by a builder. Upgrading a hero like another troop in another building would be is a change in the programmation but I think it is doable!

And having an altar to upgrade our heroes is cool and awesome! And it is a good way to introduce it also... Just saying "ok you guys can use your heroes while they upgrade with your builder" is boring and I underdstand the technicalities behind it

Are you kidding me? Real skilled developer, programmer, never say something like "it's not possible", especially for a game that let the earn millions of dollar every month. It's just about re-coding part of the war mechanics, not a big deal if you think about it.

Me? I didn't say nothing! Hold your horses I was just saying what THEY answered to the "use our heroes while they upgrade" wave. Don't put it on me

The only bad thing I see about this is it looks like only one hero can be upgraded at a time. Many people are able to upgrade both at once. That would really extend the time people spend on hero upgrades. But besides that issue I think this is a great idea.

Yes! But I think it's a compromise anyone or almost would be ready to make if on the other hand we can use our heroes 100% of the time... Most people I know wait to have their dark elixir ready to upgrade both heroes at the same time for the main reason that they'll be out of wars for a limited time... Compared that if they upgrade one by one
