Allow clans to search for clanless players to invite

I'm sure this has been discussed ad nauseam. Super cell should allow clan leaders to search for players that meet certain criteria..ie player level, th level, war stars, troop level, defense level etc. And then be able to send an invite to your clan. Wasting time in global talking to 12 year olds, posting on forums and dealing with spam responses to fb recruiting posts is a primitive system ineffective and a pain. For the millions made from loyal players this simple change would make the game much more enjoyable.

Interesting troop idea, it could work!
