Hi,
My town hall seven base keeps losing. I think it might be losing so much because I keep getting revenged by angry town hall 8's and 9's with level 5 and 6 troops since I was attacking them for dark elixir :). I just want to make sure that my base layout isn't horrible, and that its the high level troops that keep making me lose. If someone could comment about improvements that could be made to my base, that would really help. Thanks!!

Well your base design isn't terrible; it's just a bit underleveled. But one easy fix would be to swap the CC with the lower mortar. Next comes the hard part. Your mortars are kinda weak, and so are your cannons, so I would really strive to get those up (mortars first). After all your mortars are maxed and your cannons are level 7, go work on your walls; they kinda stand out as weak.
Yeah, I know my base is under leveled. I'm a new town hall seven, so I haven't been able to max out my defenses quite yet, but I'm working on it...
1) Switch wiz tower with storages next to town hall. It'll still protect your storages but also your mortars and town hall. Mortars more because when melee troops get to mortar blind spot wiz tower takes oem out or does heavy danage
2) centralize clan castle more
3) Get those walls up to level 6 as fast as possible
all I have for you right now. Other than those your base is clashing!
You're just starting now so just upgrade your mortars wiz towers and walls and such and so what if you keep losing? Th7 is the best for raiding so you will easily get your resources back.
Improve your defence at the top of your base... Perhaps put your teslas there? And yeah get level 5 mortars because they're broken.Quote:
