I have not been around this forum very much and I'm sure this has come up a lot.
Now that there is a treasury in the clan castle, it is only fitting that you are able to request loot from your clan mates.
My idea, donating loot will have the same mechanics as donating loot. Although, being able to donate as much as 2 and half million of each currency is a little much. I suggest 50% of your treasury capacity can be requests for town hall, levels 1-6 (max requestable, 250,000 elixir, 250,000 gold*), 25% for town hall level 7-9 (max requestable, 400,000 elixir, 400,000 gold and 2,000 dark elixir*) and 20% for town hall 10-11 (Max requestable, 480,000 elixir, 480,000 gold and 2,400 dark elixir*)
Right now, clan mates cannot help each other that much, only donate troops and give advice. Although since clan wars was implemented, the name (clash of clans) finally became a reality. And those were good times but still a clan can be very seperate even if they do war.
Being able to donate money will allow the higher players to help the lower players in the clan, giving them a tiny boost.
Now, I'm sure most of you are thinking from a developers place saying: 'this will be overpowered' or something along the lines of that. Now, really think about it. A town hall 11 with max level troops can donate whatever they want a town hall 3. And is it really that overpowered? If a town hall 11 can donate 25,000 (assuming they both belong to a level 15 clan) to a town hall 3.
I'm sure some kind of crazy cool down wait time would be needed for this, maybe 1 day for town hall 1-6, 3 days for 7-9 and a week for 10-11.
If this were to be added, it does not compromise the game or how it was supposed to be played. It adds another way clan members can work together to achieve what everyone strives for.

*Assuming they both belong to a level 15 clan with all perks unlocked and is the highest town hall level of the range provided. E.g 1-6, 7-9 or 10-11 would be 6, 9 and 11.
