Err I messed up my base pretty good, jumped too quick to TH8 for that dark elixir drill. Been here 3 months, and now everytime I try to save up some $$$ I just get raided. Very frustrating. I need a base design that will work with my setup, here is my base:

Pingfao's Tesla Theme park could work. You might want to try the BAM tactic for raiding as it's cheap and fairly effective at all levels.

Just tweak it. Swap your clan castle with the middle elixir storage to make your troops harder to lure. And whenever a defense is been upgraded swap it with your king. With your current one that means temporarily swap it with air def.
Just keep developing further, if possible try keep your resources low when you go offline to minimize losses.
