As I said last night there isn't/hasn't ever been any 3rd party programme linked to my device, but am still starring down the barrel of a 2 week ban, SC need to explain how this has happened or at least have a live chat where u can communicate with them to give u an explanation in some way!! that's all u seem to get is ur a cheat on these threads, if I was a cheat I'd hang my head in shame & take it but I'm actually baffled here
The active remnants of our clan (10 of us) have been warring again since all this stuff with getting rid of the cheaters came up. Rest of clan v v quiet, we came up vs modders with pretty much all our clan opted in, last couple of time before was announced, and they (our clan members) just got sick of it, all the planning etc doing the attacks then seeing u know what, incredibly dispiriting and I don't blame any of them for stopping playing.
Rest of us were thinking bout stopping too tbh, then the announcement came and we thought we'd give it a further go.
Wars have been great, fun, close; agonisingly we lost the last three, but just this morning won, scores tied but we took it on percent.
The ones we lost we didn't mind, opponents were just better and we learned some stuff from their attacks really.
Thankyou SuperCell for giving us our game back, great job following through on this banning.
would like to c some new content, (war tournaments, arranged matches, pvp best of three etc) but understand u busy chucking out the cheaters atm.
Hoping to get the full clan going again, great job SC!!
Clearly supercell staff posses a high level of intellectual ability, here is my question in English this time: I dont cheat but i got banned , what should i do?

I just wanted to post a quick Fair Play status update. As you know, bans started rolling out this week. So far things are looking very good - I haven't seen a single false positive and we've checked all even remotely suspicious cases. So in case you think that you have been banned for no reason, please consider following possibilities:
- Does someone else have access to your account (and uses a mod or a bot)
- Were you actually able to remove all traces of your mod? (See for example keisko's post below)
And just to clear up some questions and concerns:
- Using Bluestacks or other emulator will not get you banned (but we can't provide you support if something goes wrong)
- Playing multiple accounts on one device will not get you banned (but we can't provide you support if something goes wrong)
- Playing on a jailbroken / rooted device will not get you banned (but we can't provide you support if something goes wrong). BTW, rooting / jailbraking is a very very VERY bad idea from security and privacy perspective. Factory reset is highly recommended.
- Screen recording software will not get you banned - unless it changes gameplay in our games - in which case it's considered to be a mod and will get you banned.
And before we all go and enjoy our weekend wars, let me take this opportunity to thank all of you who have helped us identifying these mods and bots. This one goes out to every single person who has sent us a report: The Psychic Octopus thanks you :)

And this is an absolute fabrication. So you cannot correct all the problems in game but you have with 100% accuracy banned all the correct accounts? I find it absolutely inconceivable that you had 100% accuracy. If this is true you could shut down clash of clans and sell your software and make more money off of it. Please provide us data...and the basis for this monumental achievement.
