I'm failing to understand how any of you assume it's supercell responsibility to tell you how to do it. Go to the mod programmer and ask these questions. When you downloaded it you were aware of the consequences, now you have to deal with them, and it isn't going to be easy.

Great news to hear that players are getting banned for 3rd party mods. Thank you, Supercell! The more permanent bans that are handed down, the better the quality of the clan war experience. Let the bans begin!

I just don't see it that way. Those purposely cheating did so of their own volition, not because of SC's inaction or inability to enforce what was clearly a violation of the rules. It's rationalizing after the fact which almost always leads to a denial of the individual's culpability and responsibility.

.... it's people's accounts, these people are their customers and they spent a pretty dime and time toward their account, and at risk of being banned by a company, don't you think the same company should offer a few general suggestions for cleansing the 3PS off devices??

Do you think it's not supercell's responsibility to help the people who haven't modded for months if not years, to ensure that they won't get banned again even though they took the FP route?? Are you thinking about that or do you consider them collateral?

Nobody is asking to get out of the "ticket". You're overreacting, and also posting an invalid argument.
