Automatically Opt-Out people who have been offline for a certain amount of time (i.e. 5 days) and immediately for those who have been banned, as they obviously are not going to help in war any time soon.
Although some people might just say kick them out, they will probably be a burden for a war or two. What if an active player was playing and banned all of a sudden? If the person does not have close connections to his clan, they'll probably be putting him in the next war, thinking it is okay. Falsely accused or not, this not only will put stress on him/her, but also the entire clan as well, which could have possibly not known about his/her actions.
Let's say a person goes away to some tropical island vacation with no signal or wifi. The person tells his clanmates all about it, but as the person leaves, he/her forgets to Opt-Out. The clan does not want to kick him, so they keep in the clan. The problem is that they have to make sure to deselect every war until that person comes back. That is a nuisance that a lot of us have probably went through at some point in time.
This is just some idea I thought of to make things slightly easier for warring clans. It isn't necessary, but it's nice to have in-game.
