Clan requirement filter
The only filter the clan gets to have is by trophy count.
This doesn't make much sense to me.
Justification: Trophy count doesn't tell me much except that they are unlikely to be a starting player like a TH3 if I set it to 2000.
Proposal: Have it where we can filter by level of th, minimum of war stars, season donation minimum, or how many clans they've been jumping around?
Case: If I could set that the seasonal donation was 3,000 last month and they were in 2 or less other clans, then I won't have to worry about the bad, toxic, etc players. If I'm only looking for a TH10, then as a leader, I should be able to set that and not get bombarded with others that join that don't fit my clan's needs/requirements. Sometimes all I'm looking for are the TH that are advanced, and other times I'm looking for anyone.
Conclusion: A filter on trophy count seems to make that effort, but it's too general. Additional filters will reduce work for a clan to figure out if they are needed instead of constantly kicking people out that also seems to be a rude thing to do. If these were all requirements that could be added, this may also indirectly bring about more positive things in players.

Thats already a thing: discrimination, which is a crime in several countries

More filters for clan entry are definitely wanted. Things I would want include:
- Player xp
- Town Hall level (max TH)
- Max Trophies, and Max Trophy record (genuine junior players make better recruits)
- Elixir pump production rate (players who don't upgrade pumps are a waste of time)
- Player XP per TH level (will exclude gemmers)
- Troop donation count per player xp
- Player age (trust whatever they set)
- Player location
- Player time zone (very important actually)
