We are L50+ (PM me and I'll drop it to L45) recruiting 6-10 players. We're in Professional league and missed third by 200 points last Derby. We're very helpful to each other when on... Especially during the derby.
Our system is simple:
1000 points in Derby gets promotion from member to Elder. Do it the next two Derby's and promoted to co.
500-1000 is neutral
Under 500 points is demotion by a level or if member = kicked.
We're just trying to find friendly and active members. But it's also not fair to the people working hard in Derby when members don't participate so we try to find a nice balance.
