Mute?!

What happens when your talking on global and you want to invite your new friend to your clan, but your hand slips onto "mute"? You can say goodbye to your friend. We need an unmute all button, and if there is one its hidden pretty well.

What do you think?

I'm surprised there isn't already an un-mute button. Even hidden in the settings would be fine, doesn't have to be in the chat log.

When I first downloaded the update, I muted everyone in the chat "just 'cause", but then I regretted that, because there were one or two players who I was thinking about inviting. Maybe there could be a settings menu for the global chat, with a list of muted players, and an unmute/ unmute all option.

Ya that would be cool

at least make it ask if your "sure" you want to mute the person....

Very useful, no cons +1.

Or at least they should keep the past messages there and then when you goto that message you click on the name and it says un-mute, the mute button only mutes the player so that when they speak again you can't see is comments.

Well what happens, if the messages are pushed back and deleted? Then you can't unmute them. I still think there should be a unmute button. It's funny isn't it? We ask for a mute button and the day they add it, we immediately want an unmute button:rolleyes:

Well yeh, but supercell should of really added a un-mute button or at least there should be a menu next to global chat and clan chat saying muted people, so you go in there and you have the option to un-mute them.

Slightly disappointing that Supercell didn't already implement this when adding the mute button to begin with...
But hey, people suggested mute and not a companion unmute! We pay the consequences!

Regardless, I'm all for it :)
It IS a pretty basic tweak after all
