Possible solution to keep our base trap secret from enemy clan scout.

Hi,
This is IndianYoddha and in this thread i am focusing on the problem faced by newer clans on daily basis which is getting war base trap location leaked by enemy clan member. Usually on war preparation day or war day many new members join the clan and leave after few minute (which may be members of enemy clan) and this leads in getting trap location of warbase leaked. We can set the setting to invite only but it is not good for new clan as they will not get new members or will get only few.

So possible solution may be that supercell make some sort of programming that war base trap location stay hidden from war spectators and remains visible only to war members. By this way a clan can get new members without getting the critical location of their warbase trap leaked to enemy clan.

Hope supercell consider this thing.

Sorry but this is a player issue rather than a fail on SC part, if you are not prepared to close your doors to new players while you are at war then really you only have yourself to blame!!

I am not blaming any one. I am just suggesting and its upto sc to consider it or not. And that is why this section is called idea and feature request.

Indeed it is, and we all have the right to reply with our thoughts on your suggestions.

Just don't let anyone join during preparation day.

In my opinion, spies do nothing to help or hurt a clan in war, except for maybe the spy wont go back to his clan.

How? Spies in a real war get vital info to the other side. While in clash of clans spies get meaningless screenshots of bases that would only prove your guess as to the placement of traps right or wrong.

Pretty easy. Have a fake war base, and right before war starts, change it to your actual base, and change your clan to closed to no one joins during wars

Yes, I am sure you know all about real spies as well.

However, knowing the exact position of all traps and the content of the clan castles is definately not "nothing". Even thou you haven't got a clue what to do with that info.
