My husband & I have been playing HD for 16 months, we are very active, daily players from Australia.
We would love to find a stable hood that suits us perfectly, a reliable, helpful hood where we can all continue to grow and improve.
We definelty do not want to join a hood with exisiting dramas or unclear rules, ideally the hood would also use KIK messenger to communicate important hood related information & keep the side bar in HD for general play.

Below is a list (in point form) of what we are looking for in a new neighbourhood:-
- Very Active Players from all over so someone is always playing when you are.
- Players who are Polite, Helpful & Fun.
- A hood that seeks to improve & trades BEM, SEM & TEM with each other.
- A Champion League Derby hood that aims to finish in the top 3 each week, BUT is NOT Global Leader Board focussed.
- A hood that is just as active in town as they are their farm.
- A hood with clear rules that everyone understands & follows.
- A hood where everyone is aware you can send sugar, dairy & seafood boats away rather than expecting your team mates to fill them.
- A hood that is considerate to one another, for example if a member has an RSS Sale that they buyers take what they need, not the lot, so their fellow players can have some too.

Aussie Derby would love you to stop by and hopefully stay. We are 26 farmers from around the world mostly Australia.
We only do 300 plus tasks in the first few days we delete the 310 and below. Everyone is expected to do 9 tasks, 10th is up to you.
The drama we have at the moment is we let someone in last Monday in time for this derby and they picked a 130pt task and then no more tasks so we have kicked her ,now sitting and waiting to see if we can stay top 3.
We don't have rules about what boats people do and don't do, we are all adults and I think people use commonsense on boats.
Most of us have been together 18mths and we have not needed any other form of communication outside of hood. They are talking about starting somethings though.

- We use KIK (a lot lol)
- We have Aussies, also ppl from Asia, AND the rest of the planet
- We trade BEM for BEM, SEM for SEM
- We do sales and announce sales
- We play town and announce when townies are ready to be picked up
- We Play the derby, we usually place. Currently CL. 9 300+ tasks mandatory, if you complete 10 then it's great.

Hi we are a champion league hood with players from USA, U.K. India. Our hood name is tropical breezes. My level is 122, town 41. Derby optional but if in all tasks. 310+ pts. Every other week we do 10 tasks (anyone can opt out if not doing all 10) this coming derby is a 9 task race, you can join us to see how we play. Then decide. We all chat, help one another. If anyone needs to be away from hood for a couple of days, sometimes real life gets in the way., we need to know., otherwise we will assume you are not longer interested in playing We help as much as we can with boats( derby boats come first ). Everyone should know what their tasks limitations are. We cannot carry the weight of anyone's' tasks. Hope you will join us. Any question please send pm. Do not know how to use KIK. We are not global leader board focused.

Hi Rubymisstmu and husband! I want to add my invitation to the one already posted by Lovecats and give you a little more information about our neighborhood.

Ours is an original, stable, international, friendly, helpful, active adult neighborhood of 26 genuinely nice people. Your post aligns well with our neighborhood culture and practices.

We are in the Champion League, almost always in the top 3. Lots of teamwork and no angst involved in our derby successes. This is not an aggressive derby hood; opted in players do all of the free tasks. The paid task is optional. We work together to complete tasks.

This neighborhood is well maintained and looked after; no concerns about drama or rule following, selfish behavior, etc. There is a strong culture of community here. We have kik for communicating important messages as well as for sharing pics of our pets, kids, cuisine....

There are many town farmers here. My husband loves the town; he is also in this NH, and his town level is 43 and climbing! Most players have towns in the 20s and 30s.

We are generous with upgrade materials,meeting in HD chat to sell, trade, give away "Em's".

Expecting others to fill unreasonable boats is not a part of our culture. However, for derby boat tasks we help when we can. If we can't, no problem. Nobody here expects the NH to do it. There are friends, followers, and the DD also. This is never even a part of our discourse.

We are a friendly community. We have established a hayday family. We are looking to grow our community. Some our members real life has taken over.
