All Troops Buffed

I have heard a lot of players saying that COC needs an offense buff, so I was thinking that all the troops could use a buff. I suggest every troop gets 5% increase to their DPS for each level. That way, you still have to plan your attacks well, but make it easier for TH10/11 to get a 3 star. Let me know what you think.

A lot of troops are already balanced. Some troops need a buff and some need a debuff. Some are just fine. Why alter all of the troops if it is not needed?

That would make Barch more OP than it should be. Good idea though.
