I, along with other clansmen that I know, would love to see a lockout of attacks while preparing for or actually engaged in war. There is nothing more frustrating than to have all of my troops ready for battle and I am attacked by a random player which pulls my clan castle troops. I then have to request more CC troops from my clan even though they just donated them to me. Please consider... Thanks so much!
While I can't see them adding that into the game, maybe they could at least add a lock down for the clan castle that is similar to what the Hero troops have. That way when a village is attacked, the clan castle troops can't leave the castle, so you don't lose them. It would help a lot during war when you're waiting for your other troops to finish, but have the castle ready. It's almost borderline angering to come back on and find that expensinve, high level troops for war are no longer in your castle because you got attacked. What I usually do to try and avoid losing castle troops is make my own camp troops and spells first, and then request for the castle afterwards. Even then, I don't linger on the game for long periods of time, so when I'm off with no shield, someone will likely donate to me then. And those troops will likely be gone before I get back on. So, if anything, perhaps a lock down for the clan castle during war to prevent that? x.x
I have a constant war clan. If this was added, I'd be shielded for 80 (if you are only shielded on battle day) or 160 (if you are shielded for both prep and battle day). The window to attack me would be much smaller. And what's to stop you from attacking normally during war day? I do that to dump my farming troops and get war troops.
