Under 8s Team, one of the best mid level war clans in COC, recruiting new members
Don't let the name fool you. Under 8s Team was established 2 years ago and has flourished into a well-organized level 10 Fair Play international war clan consisting of town halls ranging from TH8-10. We are active, supportive, and friendly. But we are serious about winning wars. We always donate max troops for war, and as our record indicates, we seldom lose. We are recruiting TH8 & TH9 war clashers who enjoy clan wars, strategies and having fun. We ask all new members to participate in a trial war in the feeder clan (The Janners) before being accepted to the main clan (Under 8s Team). Also, you can decide to stay in the feeder clan as we are working to grow with core members to establish a solid and successful war clan as part of the Under 8s family. You must demonstrate a positive attitude, communication, active participation, teamwork, ability to learn and at the minimum a basic knowledge of various TH8-TH9 war attack strategies. We do not allow GOWIPE attacks during war. We use a number of attacks such as GOHO, DRAG-LOON, GOVAHO, GOVALO, QUEEN-WALK and other hybrid attacks. Focus: Winning wars, 3 star attacks, improving war skills. And most importantly, having a great time doing all that. Friendly, no bad language.
Recruiting: We are mostly an adult clan. We are willing to take mature older teenagers. We are currently looking for non-rushed TH8 & TH9.
Strategy: Th9s with less than lvl15 heroes and all TH8s attack in the first 12 hours. 3 star attacks on all TH8 and below. Low levels who cannot 3 star any base attack high level opponents to show bombs, teslas and CC for future attacks. We love hogs and valkyries for ground attacks. We think pekkas are inferior for 3 star attacks. GOWIPE attacks are banned in war.
War rules: As stated above, TH9s with less than lvl15 heroes and TH8s attack in the first 12 hours. Th9s with higher than lvl 16 heroes attack in the second 12 hours. We can certainly make exceptions but please state in chat. Ignore recommended target and attack where you will very likely 3 star. Non- 3 star attacks are a waste since somebody else will have to clean up for remaining star. War looting only ok if win is clear and clan message about it has been sent. Please announce in clan chat before attacking your desired target opponent.
Donations: For war you ask for, and also get, anything you need to 3 star. For non-war we usually ask for archers and wiz, and don't specify level so all get a chance to donate. Lower levels are not expected to have great donations ratios.
We war always, but sometimes push starting time to suit those (lowest levels) expected to attack first half of war.
Elder based on war performance and trust, usually given after first 6 star war. CO only given to those who show leadership skills, good activity and a willingness to lead by example and chat. Donīt ask for elder or CO promotion. It will be given if deserved. New member acceptance and kick outs only done by CO leaders and long-time elders.
Opt IN/OUT: We ask members to opt out of war when upgrading heroes.
Its ok if you rushed a bit to TH8 but after that you max your base (walls included) and troops before even thinking of th9.
