SC will not likely port to Windows, due to how vulnerable they can be (especially computers)

vulnerable ?, I mean the windows device is wp 8.1 and windows mobile 10.

As far as I have heard, it could mean a PC release for CoC if it is on the Windows store.

But by "device" do you mean PC or smartphones
