Does anyone else think there should be a limit on the amount of clans you can join per week? If you could only be in one clan per week it would help new clans grow, it would make some players more loyal to a clan, it would cut down the amount of hoppers (obviously) but it would also help clans in wars because it's unfair when clans get left short by hoppers.
I know some will say no, but I truly think this would just make the game much better especially for new clans trying to grow.
Thoughts?
I think there needs to be some sort of formalized clan tree structure. Would help clans grow. Otherwise clan consolidation needs to occur on a large scale. Recruitment for a level 10 clan us now somewhat difficult.
1 clan change a week would kill the game. My mini may go back and forth between our clans 10-20 times a day if people need troops.
I can see the possitives but also several negatives to this.

GRRR, Just got kicked from clan. Now i can't war for a week. (If made so kicking made not difference, people would abuse so got kicked - or kick with another of there account)
My immediate thought: what about people who don't want to be in a clan, but join req and go clans for troops?
If implemented this'll mean the death of req and go clans, as well as, to some extent, clan less people.
New clans have a hard time growing no matter what anyways. If players could only join one clan per week it may force them to actually consider offers instead of joining and leaving straight away. If someone joins you know they have to stay a week or be forced to go without a clan for a week which many I feel would prefer to stay for a week and leave if it's not for them.Quote:

I personally think while there is negatives about it there will be many more positives to it and clans would benefit much more. The amount of hoppers is insane.
Like I mentioned above, if people could be kicked and it didn't count towards this. It would allow req and go leaders to kick people and those people could join another clan still.Quote:

You're in a 10 person lv 1 clan with a preemie th9 leader. Instead of trying to change the game rules to imprison people in that clan you should take advantage of the fact you can leave and find another. Your account is pretty good for a th6.
You see, the clan i'm in isn't like most others. I don't care about being in the biggest and best clan and neither do the others. We play for fun and that is our aim. To many clans try and tell others how to play, how to hit, who to hit and have a list of musts and must nots. That to me isn't fun. We are a new clan and are trying to grow, but I didn't post this because people are coming and going from us. I just see on global so many hoppers it made me wonder if having a limit would benefit clans and personally I think it would.Quote:

It's not about being the biggest or the best, your clan leader is going to put the clan in a disadvantage in war without th9 offense. But if you're cool with it that's all that matters.Quote:

There is sometimes this notion, and you will see players on global looking for "loyal" players. To me that's a red flag that they have a hard time keeping players. They're basically asking that a player blindly join and stay forever. I don't think that's reasonable.
Personally, as long as a player makes his war attacks I don't care if they stay or go. I'd rather they leave right away if they don't like my clan than ditch during war.
How bout something similar in player profile so we know who is hopping.
