OK I'm looking for new hood but on my terms for a change
I'm level 132 and thought I'd finally found the perfect hood but oh no due to one player who had in for me from day one, and me not lying down and taking it I was asked to leave. So this is what I'm looking for.
310 minimum tasks and preferably extra. I usually do all 320 and always extra. I like to win
Lots of chat
Lots of banter
No clicky group where established players think they hold sway
I'm big on please and thank you and let people know if they haven't got manners
Also big on helping but expect help when I need it
I want a global hood not just all Americans
No back stabbers if there is a problem be upfront about it because I am
Would prefer bigger hood 25+ players

Fun, chatty, derby oriented.
We just had a spot open up for an active player. We are a super nice and polite group of people. We go out of our way to help each other and someone is always on. I for one usually have lots of townies to pick up.
We are very derby oriented. Usually in the trophies in the championship league. We like to win but it's not the end all be all. Most players get 9 plus tasks done but a few don't but that's okay. If someone feels they can't contribute much we ask for them to opt out, life happens. We are a team and we play because it's fun. Everyone is promoted to elder.
No one is ever rude or disrespectful. I feel very fortunate to be part of this group. Been in other neighbourhoods and this is a wonderful one.

We do derby and we are in champion league. Complete all 9 tasks over 313 points. We dont want to force people to use their hard earned dollars to buy diamonds so the bonus task isnt mandatory here but expected when the competition is close. We always look for a trophy.
Here you can opt out but for good reason. Good reasons are e.g. busy week or if youre going to holiday. Please, just tell it. If u have been in derby for many weeks in a row, you can also just take a break from next week's competition! Also if you dont have diamonds for bonus task, you can easily take a break and collect diamonds by completing achievements and opening all kind of boxes and treasure chests! Also weekly events give usually diamonds as a prize.

We help all our hoodies just like all other neighborhood does and we also chat when we are on game! Dont expect a constant 24/7 banter from all of us though, we have a real life to deal with too, and we definitely take time off to eat, sleep, drink and attend natures call!!

Kindly don't bring in drama (we hate it!!) and attitude and too much demands. We are all adults so the issues should be sorted by just talking about it with the leader and other members. Play the game as it should be played (a request). Complete all the tasks in derby over 313 points, please.
Since most of us are relatively high level members we dont have any problem in sharing tools and food stuffs, but only if u arent demanding too much. For example do not take a truck task and except to get helped in all 30 trucks!!! Thats a bit unfair for our barns

Your date of joining doesn't matter to us. You are as important as everyone else AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT A HOOD HOPPER, DRAMA KING/QUEEN OR A BEGGAR!! Everyone is promoted to coleader FOR EQUAL STATUS AND RESPECT IN THE HOOD as soon as you join. BUT PLEASE KEEP UP TO OUR FAITH IN YOU :)
