Since the latest update, I'm curious what your most effective 3 star strategy is in war? I know it can depend on the base, but what do you have the most success with overall?
Is anything better than GoVaHo now? Typically 2 Golems, 6-8 Wiz, 6-10 Valks, 14-18 Hogs, 4 wbs, 3 heal, 1 jump, 2 poison (or instead of jump/poison, 4 EQ)
Anyone find that air attacks are better such as GoLaLoon? Maybe some still find GoHo is best? Are some still using Queen walk effectively?
any opinions out there?
Before the 30'seconds was removed Ida said goho by far. That 30 seconds really made a difference in the post attack cleanup. Still if u save a few wiz cleanup isn't so bad. GoHo or GoVaWi for TH9 in my opinion
I have a few opinions on this attack. Before the last update I would say GoHo hands down. GoHo has became a bit more tricky but if you were used to using it before 3 updates ago then you should be solid. That being said I run 3 attacks now on 3 different TH9's. On my max th9 I have started using different types of GoVaHo, and I have started a new series of videos on them. On my new Th9 I run low level Shattered GoHo, and on my defenseless I run Queen POP and Queen POP only.
I would say Queen POP is where every new TH9 should start. You can 3 star a wide verity of max bases without many upgrades. Check out the thread on it here http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...STAR-MAX-bases

GoVaHo, and other Valk variations are hands down the strongest attack strategies at TH9.

Lower players still make up a large portion of TH9, and with minimal upgrades I still find low level GoHo effective. Of course Queen POP has still been widely effective over all the skill sets.
I still GOHO for 3 stars all day regardless of time constraints. with the speed of the valks they can help so i have begun bringing 3 max valks in my cc and they really help core the base.
On my th9 alt (who is a new-mid th9) i can 3 star almost any base within +/-3 of my range with GoHo.
Our other top th9 players seem to be finding success with GoVaHo
I would easily say GoVaHo and GoHo are the best th9 strats for most base types.
Just my opinion though.
