Multiplayer matchup is utterly broken

When I started reading about the new "Fair Play" initiative, I got excited thinking it was about the broken matchup system. Unfortunately it's not.
Getting attacked only by players 1 or 2 TH levels higher and losing 10-30 trophies when only getting 1 star-ed by them, while at the same time when I attack my own TH level, get 3 stars and only get single digits trophies is what I consider the very opposite of fair play. This happened when I was TH8 and it's happening right now while I am TH9; it has happened i crystal league, all the way to Champions, and it happens more than 9 out of 10 attacks.
Makes playing this game not worth my time anymore.

It's the nature of higher level pushing I'm afraid. Try dropping trophies

You think its hard as a th8 and 9? Those two town hall levels are easy to push to champs with. Try being a th7
