Multiple war opt-in options

this would make it easier to determine who is available during the week for smaller wars. Currently we usually just war once a week, but a group of us would like more frequent wars. We try to keep track of the manually, but with 40+ members this becomes difficult.

If wars are scheduled, opt-in should be able to be scheduled. I wish the game would allow scheduling of starting war, with pre-set participants.

But actually, what I really want is for members to be able to opt-in, opt-out, or be un-opted (by default), which means I can include them or not. This is increasingly wanted now that war numbers require large rounding to get 30 or 40 in the war.
