Banned/ blocked list for clans

Can we get a blocked list for clan memebers. A black list that will prevent clashers from rejoining a clan. It is hard to remember all of the members that left you hanging during a war or didn't follow the clan rules and it would be nice to have the ability to add them to a blocked list for a clan.

I think it is a good idea but only the leader should be able to do it.

my clan and I have created a document of banned people. new elders are supposed to check out that regularly before accepting
