Request delay to prevent Hoppers

this is the feature request section of the forums.
this is a feature we would like to see in the game.
it is requested as an option so people who don't want it will not be affected.

Hoppers are in it for themselves, they don't care what your description says, I'd take it out if I were you, it's baiting them in not keeping them off.

There are many ways to deal with it;

they can't receive for a certain period of time
they can't receive until they donate a certain amount
they can only ask for a certain type of troops for a while, until they've been here longer
dont accept new members unless you NEED to, even then, try and recruit not just let random people in

R.I.P REQ and Go clans if this got implemented .-.

I MENTIONED million of times that it's customizable. It Can Be Set To "Instantly For Req N' Leave Clans Or 12/24 Hours For Other Serious Clans
