We have been asking for months for a new feature: daily quests, clan war tournaments... I don't know, but we need a new huge feature like clan wars were, not just endless troop and building upgrades that change nothing.
The new gamemode should be a way to interact with our villages, our troops, and others. I've had lots of ideas, but all of them need to be improved a lot so they may sound weird.
Quick new features I could just think as I write them (supercell has more time and can develop them way better):
- There could be a gobiln stage editor mode, where you could create insane goblin maps with no building limit (except for space) that you would have to verify (beat) to share online...
So in my mind this is basically like a level editor where you create a custom base and see if others can beat it? That sounds like fun, and I approve. Kinda reminds me of Mario Maker.
- Another idea would be to increase the goblin maps, add way more, make them harder, even insane maps that would let us do cooperative attacks... Been asking for this for quite some time, and honestly this has a limited amount of gameplay hours from the effort of adding new levels.
- Talking about cooperative attacks: clans could have a special village, that all the clan contributes to upgrade. Each building costs 10 or 50 more times to upgrade than normal buildings, and each building would have like a bank to deposit the gold for the upgrades. When there is enough, coleaders would be able to click on the upgrade button. Also, clan village TH can be upgraded to next level as the clan reaches next perk level. It would still cost gold, but upgrade to... lets say, TH5, would only be available when clan reaches level 5. Also, notice that the buildings available at each TH level would be much more than in normal villages, as this is a clan village and it is way bigger.
In clan wars, each clan would have 5 + n attacks available to do on this base, and you can do up to 5 stars (TH, 25%, 50%...). n means the level of the TH. Damage done to buildings remains done, but they slowly heal back their health. So this building healing process we've had in the game for years, after being raided, would make sense now (It would be way more slow, of course) So wars remain balanced and higher level clans with higher level clan base can be attacked more. Not sure what to make of this
- Another cool idea would be a second/third village. Like if the villagers went outside to explore the world and discovered new lands to settle down. In those bases, there would be less TH levels, but collectors would produce much more, and they would send the resources to the main base. Similar to what we have in Boom Beach. This isn't necessarily a new game mode so I'm unsure about it.
- A cool idea would be quick 2 vs 2 tournaments, that could be done inside or outside the clans. They would be so quick that banana's wouldn't even have time to practice their attacks. Each couple would have 3 available attacks in total to the 2 enemy bases, and each player can do a maximum of 2 attacks, so they decide who does 2 attacks. Your couple would have to be chosen from your own clan, so you can communicate through there. In inside clan tournaments there would be separated chats for members. There would be a 3 minutes preparation "day" and then 12 minutes attack "day". So each round of the tournament lasts only 15 minutes. Troops can be trained instantly in a special tournament menu, so they can't be used in real/ war battles. It doesn't seem all that grand, but it's better than nothing
And these examples may have a lot of problems, but they could be fixed with a bit of thinking.
I just showed how easy is to think of new huge ideas, that they NEED to add soon. Because playing the same over and over is boring and people are quitting!
