I guess the question is, with the introduction of the third resource, and such expensive upgrades, will Supercell get so greedy and money motivated that they will kill the game and go the way of Zynga?
I think you are missing the point. You do not need to be a oil sheik to have a nice car and be able to buy gems whenever you want. To play a game and enjoy it, and spend $3k - $10k, is not a big deal for many people. And, it is not crimping their car purchases, payments for their summer home, boat docking, fees, etc.Quote:

I was just done with my lv 8 walls, still have some weapons to upgrade. When i heard about lv 9 walls for 1 mil i was ok with it. It was still possibel for me to have a maxed out base. I agree with it that some people can get their upgrades faster then other people, no problem at all. But making it impossible, although i payed €125, isnt correct.
This fact wont make me stop playing the game, but it makes me stop spending money on it caus its a never ending story.
(You never know what other updates gonna bring, lv 11,12,....) I hope supercell doesnt expect that everyone will spend 2000 on their game. And i hope the cost of everything doesnt scare people to play this game as they will realise it will take them forever to max their base.
This being said, this is the first and hopefully the last time i complain about the cost of everything. I m just gonna play and enjoy this great 'free game'.
BTW, for some reason, Rauta didnt make a 'Hero Thread' about the new walls.
