Nice way of adding income to the game without making players suffer.
I believe people have suggested similar ideas to this.

I would rather create a new clan from level zero than giving them 2000gems just for a clan name change.

I disagree. One name change is enough. If something bad happens like someone changes a name to hsgdbdkdv by accident then just message support and I bet they would help you out. Name changing shouldn't occur I mean it's just a gamer tag to go by, just be smart and don't put something stupid. As for clans I think changing names would be a little complicated and not really needed. Plus imagine a situation where someone is in a clan for a year then accidently gets kicked somehow and they don't log ok in a few days to realize it and by the time they want to join back the clan name changes and they can't find it again.
Even though that last example may be a stretch I just don't think more name changes are needed. Plus if you are willing to pay 2000 gems for a name change you probably wouldn't mind restarting from the beginning and gemming your way back.
Clan name should be like 20k
But the support doesn't change names, that were chanded by accident. In addition, this "surreal" feeling is gone when gemming another account, because all the work, time and memories with your clan are something worth, so you don't want to just make another account.Quote:

Well they arent whales, but they usually spend a small amount of money. 100 small customers provide for better revenue than 10 large customers. Most casuals will partly pay, and partly store gems, unlike hardcore gemmers.Quote:
