HardShell lvl7 clan, seeking properly developed&minded th7/8/9

HardShell, is a lvl7 mostly UK based clan with mid 30 members, ~ hard core dependable 15. We enjoy larger wars, but struggle to get dependable people who will attack 2x and attack sensibly ... Sweeping when necessary, attack appropriate base. Recruiting in global is shocking. Sometimes good ones drop in, but rarely stay long.

Our core members have been firm friends online for nearly 4 years now. Mostly based in UK but quite a number from around the world too. We have some younger members who are monitored, but as such try to keep language suitable.

Recruiting more mature clan members who want to war twice week.

Ideally we would like to maintain a good mix of th8/9/10 and ... 11 (no ones made the leap yet, but soon), to achieve fair war matching. We've had some amazingly unfair war matches, both good and bad.
