Iam On Town Hall 11 and Tired Of It So I Think Town Hall 12 Idea Will Be Great.

Buildings:
x3 More Barracks
x1 More Dark Barracks
x1 More Gold Storage+New Level
x1 More Elixir And Dark Elixir Storage+New Level
x3 More Air Defenses
x6 More Spring Traps
x3 More Giant Bombs
More Space For Village+New Level Black Walls With Dark Elixir In Them

Hero:
New Hero Called "Time Lord" Which Will Both Attack With A Stick And Will Be Able To Open A Portal To
Make The Shots At Him Or Near By Troops Disappear But On Level 1 He Would Be Able To Only Open One Portal at A Time And I Have Not Decided His Special Abilty Yet.

Also you have to have more buildings than just traps and storages, even TH11 had the Eagle Artillery.
