New builder

In the last month I've been playing coc i thought of how it will be if there is an extra builder [6] i mean all of my workers are working now and on town hall 10+ upgrades need a lot of time , incthe same time me heroes are really so bad and i have 200k dark elixer and i want to upgrade them , but i cant bacause i have to upgrade some defences first , so please coc team why you don't add an extra builder that can be unlocked by doing an achievement such as donating (example) or by letting us to upgrade heroes without a builders 😀😀 same for walls , please let my voice heared😌
