I was in clan war, just begin , then my friend call me
I pressed REJECT button as fast as I can
but..... zero star , coz I can't go back and go on what I just did
you know what !
CR can keep going when I end a phone call
I don' t see that hard to do this .

Fully agree although on Apple devices it seems fine you can reject and still play...
I could still play clash of clans while I get a call.
I don't know if something is changed (i don't think so) but if your phone is low on RAM background apps like clash of clans will close. I think that's what happened to you.
Edit: also CR team is different from COC Team. So each team is focusing on their app and one team will not slow down the other team.
Sounds crazy but I used to restrict my phone calls while in a War. Your phone won't ring unless you assign it to ring for specific contacts.

I'm on android and have rejected calls mid war attack and still 3*d
Samsung Note 3: When I reject a call the connection is not dropped. If I accept it, it may be dropped if it is longer than a few seconds.
I don't get calls.

I've never had this problem so can't comment on if it's you or the game, however each game has it's own development team so even if the CR team wasn't working on CR they still wouldn't be working on CoC.
