Need help really bad

Rebuilding a clan. All my clan mates left to play clash royal and never came back. Idk how I ever found good people in the first place, but recruiting from global chat doesn't seem to work.

Please come help me rebuild my clan so we can start winning wars again. I have a bunch of inactive members the will be kicked soon.
