Add a button "end the war"

What do you think about a button "end the war" ?

Often, we know who is the winner of the war...But we need to wait the end of the war.

With a button "end the war" we purpose to the oppument if he want to end the war, like that, we can do more war

Wars are run at the same pace across the whole game. You get war loot and war XP after 47 hours after which time it goes into your treasury. Even if you could abort your war in the middle, Supercell isn't likely to hand out war loot and war XP any quicker.
