New Dark Flying Troop-Sky Mage

First off thank you for sparing time in reading this and advance thanks for any comments and suggestions

Ok so heres my troop idea
His name is Sky Mage his magical bolts of energy makes buildings weaker and take more damage from other troops

Name - Sky Mage
Type - Flying
Attack Type - Splash
Housing Space - 7
Attack Speed - 4 secs
Training Time - 15 mins
Movement Speed - 4 tiles
Stat
Lvl 1
HP - About 400
Damage - 35
Buff Percentage - 15%
Buff Duration - 5 secs

Lvl 2
HP - 480
Damage - 42
Buff Percentage - 17%
Buff Duration - 5 secs

Lvl 3
HP - 550
Damage - 49
Buff Percentage - 20%
Buff Duration - 5 secs

Heres an example of the troop in an attack so lets say our building has 1000 HP and our Wizard deals 100 and is paired with a lvl1 Sky Mage so the wizard would basically deal 15% more damage 100×15%=15 15+100=115

I like the idea pretty much, but
1: Damage is pretty low (maybe a reason for, then tell me)
2: It need some extra stats like: Movement speed, Attack Speed, Buff Duration
3: Make the training time 10 Minutes

I think this a great idea, seeing as we don't have many air troops. Plus, it would be awesome to do a gowipe for the air!

This is a very very good Idea , but doesn't make sense to be a sky mage , maybe a pyro or blaze mage ? Fire weakens structures and causes more damage , buff duration is 3 seconds or 4 ..

Im not copying anyones idea this just came to my mind when i was playing Skywrath Mage in Dota2 when i kept spamming his skills which increase damage from magical sources
